No matter what anyone tells you, success is not an easy thing. You will never find that short cut to the financial life you want.
If anyone tells you it’s easy, or won’t take much time: run. They are selling you on a scam.
To be a success you need to work, and work hard. But not just in business, in everything.
Don’t show up and just get by. Whether it’s at work, or with your family, success comes from putting quality into every moment you have.
The best way to do that is to put everything into actionable steps. Don’t just aim for the big overall goals, break it up into smaller goals that you can easily tackle.
And most importantly, you don’t have to do it alone. Although you can’t make it easy, you can make it easier by bringing in someone who has been there and done it. A coach will make your life so much better by helping you avoid pitfalls they’ve gone through.
To go further into this, I have brought on yet another amazing guest: Dan Deigan.
Dan Deigan serves as an inspiration to others. His energy, passion, and “laugh” are infectious. He is a devoted Husband, father, and the co-founder of Little Conversations Today, has a radio show on CIDI 99.1 FM entitled Your Conversation Counts, and runs MAX VTS a value and services company servicing the transportation industry.
Dan grew up in Lachine Quebec, at the age of eleven his family relocated to Pointe Claire Quebec a suburb of Montreal. Dan was not a confident young man, he was insecure and afraid so he looked to the rough crowd to cloud his fears and insecurities, but all this did was find him in trouble with law enforcement.
These battles lasted until the day his Dad handed him a copy of Dr. Norman Vincent Peal’s book (The Power Of Positive Thinking). The concepts in Dr. Peal’s book as well as the intensive work he found himself drawn to by the world’s top personal development speakers like Brian Biro, Ed Foreman, Zig Ziglar, Bob Proctor, Dale Carnegie, and Wallace Waddles led Dan to a new awareness about what was possible when you change your Little Conversation in your head from the usual “I Can’t do that” conversation to “Yes I can do that” “I choose to do that” and “I am not going to give up, I will eliminate my ignorance with education and I choose to make positive choices daily.”
Dan is still a successful sales person in the expansive world of transportation. He lives in Ontario Canada with his wife Christine, son Brendan, and daughter Jessica.
